Spacious rooms, plenty of room in the apartment. Comfortable beds and seating.

The apartment was clean and well served with utensils for a protracted stay. It was relatively quiet for a city centre place, and, as a city centre place, it was ideally located for our needs. I don't know about the car parking as I travelled by train, but it was beautifully located. Didn't interact much with the staff, but they seemed fine. Really did enjoy this.

An excellent concept to have a fully equipped kitchen. It worked very well and enabled us to eat some healthier and more convenient food at times rather than having all meals out. The "room" was well laid out and functioned well. A good location close to the Scottish Parliament building yet surprisingly quiet (apart from the dawn seagull chorus (a problem for much od Eninburgh).

Two bedroomed and two bathrooms apartment on the sixth floor for four people was perfect. Had trouble finding the ensuite as when the bedroom door is opened it blocks the bathroom door, but with the help from the lovely lady on reception, we found it! Air-conditioning units were a bonus in all sleeping/living rooms. Didn’t try using the oven, the dishwasher or the washing machine (which is supplied with a little washing powder). However, did use the microwave, kettle and toaster – the toaster, very sensitive, barely browned the bread before setting off the smoke alarms. It’s good to know, the alarms are super sensitive, however, when you’re trying to toast bread, it was quite irritating and extremely noisy! We even tried opening all of the kitchen and dining room windows at the toaster, still set the smoke alarms off! All in all a very comfortable three night stay with fantastic views to Arthurs seat from the kitchen and dining room area. The doors to the dining room area are hung incorrectly so one shuts and one doesn’t so we left them open. Premium toiletries by the white company supplied in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. Electric shower didn’t have the best water pressure but was perfectly usable. Couldn’t get the heated towel rail to work and no instructions were supplied. Bed was a standard 4’6” double and very comfortable and the bedroom blackout curtains were very much appreciated. Definitely would rebook this venue when attending the fringe as it’s very close to a lot of the fringe venues.
